    The thing that bothers me about this move is it seems very well timed and orchestrated- and reported by the media right on que- not a strong move today- in a way-but ok-
    so I am still thinking it is another exit opportunity- before the DFE is announced- perhaps- since you think in a balanced way I just thought I would throw that thought in your mix...

    @Grant62- Perhaps they are under strict confidentiality terms due to the settlement agreement. Which is interesting being a listed law firm- it makes it difficult to report to the SH as well as do their work? Not sure- but of course the media know all about it - so they get credit for winning.
