That is the essence of confirmation bias. Statements like 'it will be a billion $ company' seem a little optimistic, save for the fact that the company already has 1.347 billion shares quoted and another 1.428 billion shares unquoted. So its price really only needs to reach 36c once all unquoted shares are quoted to reach a billion $ company.

Of course, most of those unquoted shares are performance shares which may never be quoted but they sure have issued a lot of stock. Who knows what the future holds?
