I doubt it. If they wanted to trigger stop losses they'd flick them at 20.5 or 20. Yesterdays volume at 20.5 wasn't a sell to accumulate as it was a net sell day.
Can't see it being there to force selling at 20.5 as there's just not the volume around.
Latest Top 20 shows a few changes in holders but still around the 60% levels.
