    You make a lot of sense.   I keep meaning to tell others (not just you) that the word is 'drivel' not 'dribble'.  
    But when I look up the dictionary it's pretty much the same except that the original meaning of 'drivel' is more intense.
    Yes, I know, don't write such dribble!
