ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGES TO CEO ROLE
Mr Ian Levy has decided to step down from his role as CEO with the company over the coming months and to move into a more business-development oriented role until mid 2008. Mr Levy will continue to complete the major tasks that he is currently managing and then focus on several specialist projects, mainly involving potential new business opportunities.
Mr Levy said; “Renewal is good for business. I hope to reinvigorate over the next few months and move into my favourite role in building new mining businesses. I sincerely appreciate the understanding and support given to me by everyone here at Allegiance and I plan to reciprocate that support many times over.”
We appreciate Ian’s effort and expertise and he remains a valuable member of the Allegiance team. During his time at Allegiance, the company has grown at a very rapid rate and his capacity to manage his increasing workload has been commendable. We are pleased he is staying with us right through to steady-state production at our flagship Avebury Nickel Project in West Coast, Tasmania and beyond.
