    In all seriousness, what are the board, directors, employees etetc actually doing and how does that correlate to the salaries they collect. Literally what are they doing, if the project isn't running and there are no tangible signs of progress/preparation. Mind boggling numbers ($) for minimal eveidence of KPI's being met.
