I wouldn't get too hung up on these performance rights when the in vivo trials are scheduled to commence this year. IMO the biggest stumbling blocks were making sure that the nanoparticles would be produced without a hitch, and based on a recent ann, it sounds like the most complex part of this has been completed and exceeded all expectations as far as it being done on time. The other obstacle is the FDA regulatory approval and this is something the company can't control. FDA has given this breakthrough status though so hopefully they come to the party soon.
