I think many of the possible delaying factors are outside the company’s control to be fair. The ethics application is for the first in human trial. The primary endpoint of this study is safety. There is no indication thus far that the nanoparticles are associated with any significant issue re: safety.
If I was just looking at IBX for the first time I would be buying right now.
