id rather an MRX on my prostate, that gave me an all clear, rather than have 12 biopsies that could return a false negative anyway...the whole point and potential of MRX is to give a definitive signature, in the conga line of diagnostics.
Thats the big difference , on the negative MRX test - which avoids the unnecessary biopsy, or removal of lymph tissue just to check.
