I am not sure if I am right for those who sold their shares this morning @5c:
eg. sold 100,000 shares @5c, = $5000
1) if you bought @1c, 100,000 shares = $1000 in March
Profit $4000, tax ~$1500
Net gain ~$2500
Cash in hand ~= $3500
If you want to jump in again when it further fall, in order to buy 100,000 shares again it has to below @3.5c.
2) if you bought @2c, 100,000 shares = $2000
Profit $3000, tax ~$1150
Net gain ~$1850,
Cash in hand ~= $3850
If you want to jump in again when it further fall, in order to buy 100,000 shares again it has to below @3.85c.
Unless you are looking into other biotech stocks, otherwise not sure it is right to sell this morning?
