Where do you see that they're patented? Or are you just assuming? From what I can see, PrecisionMRX looks to be just a trademark.

It would be great (especially considering the talk about use in MRI for different applications) that we have a patent related to the manufacture of nanoparticles, but from what I can find, IBXs patents are only related to the use of our SPIONs to detect cancer. While our NPs may be commercially unrivalled at the moment, I'm concerned that another company could develop a way to manufacture their own. IBX doesn't even manufacture the NPs in-house, the manufacturing is contracted out, adding to this concern - i.e. is the contracted manufacturer only producing NPs for Imagion? I hope someone can prove me wrong here.

While it would be great to have our NPs used with Hyperfine, pending any company announcement from IBX regarding this I think that any talk related to this is more wild speculation than an event that can be reasonably expected to happen.
