    I don't believe this alludes to IBX owning a patent to manufacture nanoparticles, other companies are simply not allowed to market their nanoparticles as PrecisionMRX. This is not to say other companies nanoparticles are as good as PrecisionMRX of course, but there is no patent to protect from other companies trying to emulate our nanoparticles.
