Sorry, if the recent newsletter had stated "We are seeking 15 to 20 patients and as at the writing of this letter we have enrolled 4.
This is slower than we would like so we have now started negotiations with additional clinics in Sydney"
That would have been transparent and removed speculation regardless what the number was.
To avoid the question completely even when the question is asked directly shows contempt and is amateurish.
