Simple.
CRs = Salaries
SP = 2c in 2-4 months
Trials = not important at the moment as long as salaries are being paid. They can just take their time with it.
If I can already get 8 or more volunteers why can't professionals get 1?
Something is not right. I'm sure the tech is sound but what's the hurry if Salaries are being paid and continue to get paid.
