This reinforces my view that one cannot assume that medical professionals, no doubt of the highest calibre in their field of expertise, are good marketers. Marketing requires both a good product ( which we seem to have) and an innate understanding of human nature and human decision making. Many companies have good products but lack the "x factor" when it comes to marketing their product. I've seen it time and time again in my professional marketing career ( now retired). Good to now hear that additional resources are now being thrown at incentivation
