I feel the problem is we are doing the trial in a country with the best free healthcare in the world. If they had chosen the states, the incentive would be that many people can't afford the best healthcare so the actual service could be offered free for those that do the trial. I think we chased the R&D tax dollar here in Australia but didn't stop to think that people would have no incentive to actually sign up.
