Anyone who has invested in the spec end of the market has seen good ideas and good products sunk by bad management and/or a company swamped by dilution keeping it afloat while nests are feathered.

The product here is a good one, it probably works safely. But IBX is uninvestable long term with Bob at the helm. He's bleeding cash, around $6-8m a year and not achieving anything. Those kind of losses just dilute your holdings by 10% a year as he'll need to raise to keep the lights on.

He's already wasted years with his incompetence and this year is lost too. If you're in this for high reward, and that's the only reason you should be here because it's extremely high risk. Then you're watching your chance of a ten bagger disappear.

IBX was counting on IBXO to be converted, but at this rate they won't be. As this heads fall to 5c all that expected cash will disappear. And that means a raise at lower than 5c and probably more options to replace the lost ones.

If this trial fails, and I think that's about a 90% chance, then we'll be back here talking about the same thing in a years time waiting for the new trial and wondering if 3c will hold for the IBXOA's. At least by then if that occurs Bob will have been forced to resign.

Could you please enlighten us on how you calculated the 90% probability of the trial failing? If there is a 90% probability why is your sentiment still buy, held? Shouldn't you sell now before we fall below 3c with 90% probability?
