IndexInvestor, MHTX had 64 million shares of IBX when they were created under ASX. They are now down to 54 million, the last time I saw figures. The number of shares of IBX has risen from the original 224 million to well over a billion now. So it appears that MHTX has sold under 15% of their shares. With my talking with their CEO they did it cause they needed the money. Last time that I talked with him he told me that no more will need to be sold cause they are expectiing revenue to start happening from their nano metal patent division starting this year.
