The FDA breakthrough designation is not proof that the nanoparticle/magsense technology works. It is recognition that, if it does work, it represents a dramatic improvement in cancer treatment protocols with resultant reductions in adverse outcomes. However this potential improvement in patient outcomes has always been self-evident. The nature/quantum of the potential benefit only comes into focus if the technology works. The ASX history is replete with great ideas that ultimately don't work.
