Nice to see our new CDO is being incentivised appropriately with performance options and rights.

The CDO is going to be motivated and aligned with shareholders to drive this SP growth via product development.

See below attachments for milestones that trigger those rights/options.

Personally I’m liking the direction of IBX and to me it seems there is a clear ramping up of activity in the following areas:

- collaborations
- trial progress
- new product development
- facilities
- personnel

They’re flush with cash and I think they’ll utilise the obvious re rate on trial success to fill the coffers even more to continue on.

Bob stated the company is pleased with “recent trial progress”, not “trial progress”. Recent, to me, this indicates the trial is picking up steam with 4 sites recruiting.

Also with multiple patients now having completed the trial and no announcement we can deduce that no news is good news.

Exciting times and I see new all time highs prior to trial results.
