IBX Deliberately released a price sensitive announcement just before the annual general meeting disclosing that they had one enrolment to serve one purpose and that was shareholder votes.
Since then the update has been multiple yet the registry remains not updated and multiple is not defined

This is why people are upset on this topic.
I remain very optimistic of the technology and where this company will go but they need to work on their communication to be consistent and not one-sided IBX.
