a star will not be born if these initial trials on 12 people prove that the process is safe. ( shareholders basically already know that or the trials would have been halted ).
A star will be born if they can get to commercial trials and successfully prove the tech. ( years away )
In the short term, more capital will be needed to pay for cars and boats ( and nice salary's ).
so back to my original question, is this all but guaranteed immediately after the SP bounce back? where else is the cash going to come from ?
