    I'm guessing its on receiving FDA exemption, which is a pre-requisite to commencing trials. Therefore he will have met the two performance conditions and will be entitled to 8.7 million shares over a 2 year period. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
    Given his upbeat manner, I suspect we'll hear something within the next 4 weeks. Just my opinion.
