Hey mate, they're two separate trend lines i've drawn from the peak in mid August and the peak in late september(both red circles), both passing through the peak in mid february (blue circle). I've purposely ignored the July FDA breakthrough peak.
Both these trendlines are what i'll assume to be technical resistance as we're approaching them right now, and if we can break through both of them, then we're in breakout territory (as we would hae broken through 2 major "peak" resistance trend lines).
Apologies if that's explanation doesn't make sense, hopefully the chart does.
