It look to me like the cash saving measures were not particularly effective.
Don't get me wrong; the idea is truly game-changing. I was just trying to be practical. The technology only exists in the "test tube". It will take something like $8m plus what ever the proof-of-concept first-in-human study costs (hence my $10m assumption). The reality is that shares are 4.7 cents and that means 210m shares will need to be issued; hope for the SP is double in the face of that level of dilution? Ballsy!!
