And send it to some banking CEOs...tell them its a new lending division business model for their Asian ambitions...and do it through an agency...that way the financier is an 'innocent bystander'...sure to get the Chinese all excited...just leave out the warnings and disclosures though...helps get the business off the ground with some of those 'sophisticated day trader' type clients...and after the clients are all suckered in...burn them.
