Firstly, you are speaking for yourself, and that's fine, but many, many others would naturally ask follow-up questions. The answer "yes" on it's own means next to nothing. We are certain of getting patients at some point, so a blank yes or no is essentially meaningless when at some point in the immediate future there will be a yes.
And secondly, like we see time and time and time again, that announcement wouldn't be worth 3/5 of stuff all for the stock price.
CHM and IMU are two recent examples of announcing "First patients enrolled" and nothing else. Sell the news event.
