people normally post negative comments because they personally have been hurt financially.
the crux of the issue profanda, is that around 2 years ago QTK announced a massive contract in china worth up to 12 times the current market cap of the company.
during the past two years many shareholders who had bought into the company on the back of this announcement have been left feeling frustrated at not knowing exactly where qtk stand in regards to the chinese contract. the goalposts seem to have been moved constantly over two years, it may well be that it is through no fault of anyone based at qtk, but the communication, or lack therefore, certainly is their fault.
pretty hard to find reason to buy the stock in light of the history imho, even if it is now fundamentally well valued. nobody knows what it is worth.
