I understand your perspective. What I appreciate with Afterpay is this ability to find new ways to serve their customers, and well. Based on observations from the outset, they have a structure that enables the teams to remains in touch with customers regularly and find new ways to serve their needs. That to me is great, there are not that many companies that do that well.
