Take Morningstar valuation always with a grain of salt, especially on small/mid cap stocks. Their valuation can just change when there is an upswing in the market for now reason and vice versa; if you look at the report the uncertainty of that value is extreme. Still better then showing as overvalued right now but watch that valuation drop if someone decides to sell out for whatever reason and tank the share price.
