Sept 4 is the date Finkelstein rules on the date to be used to value creditor claims. It will be either March 27 or Sept 18 (one day after the creditor meeting on Sept 17).
Regardless, ANZ will be kidding itself if it thinks clients will accept any offer on current values. The official mediation started Aug 18 so still very early.
