    The mine was closed, had ~$5M in pounds in the ground, not likely to get permits and no indication they were even trying. Stated intention was mine rehab and nothing else.
    Still not sure what people were holding for. I've asked several times over the years, never got an answer (reg flag right there). Genuinely curious.
