You are welcome to use things Like GR buying as your input. Except for principles selling in a company I ignore what other are doing. Ultimately the only thing that grows a company is earnings. If you know of something else please let me know Glad to discus and I might learn something. So untill I learn otherwise I will continue to do what I have for over 60 years. Look at earnings. Yes some companies sky rocket without them for a while but if they cannot produce Good earnings the fruit just withers.
Shorts Rember there is a borrower (shorter) and loner of the shares. So (-1) + 1 equals Zero change in total float. The loaner cannot trade the share because they are out on loan. Shorts are unimportant unless you are trading them. The fees on Shorts are horrible. It is why people like SS like to loan them. Shorter's only short because they thin stock will go down big time soon and the is good money to be made. Never have I heard a shorter shorting to drive down the stock they do it because they think it is going down.
