Could you give some details why you think a merger would be good for stock holders of either company. I will admit some M&As are great for SH and these have lots of press. Results of press is most people think mergers make money for stock holders, this is not reality. These publicized M&As are usually between two highly successful companies. The majority are between desperate companies and Lynas and MP both fit this description with the dramatic fall in REE prices over last two years. So why do you think your stock will be worth more after a merger? I would realy like to know.
Also this would establish the new company as a free world monopoly which will not be approved in the US. I do not know AU law on this. They need approvals of both countries or deal is dead.
