US President Donald Trump is seeking an agreement with Ukraine on the supply of rare earths to the United States in exchange for US aid. His government wants to negotiate an agreement with Kiev that guarantees the supply of such metals from Ukraine to the USA - "in exchange for what we give them," Trump said in a conversation with reporters in Washington.
