None of the mixed REE carbonate they send to China is used in MP's metal or magnets. They take the same mixed Rees they send to China and process it in their own plant into separated oxides and then use that in the medals and magnet lines located in Texas. They are behind schedule ramping their separation plant but still much faster than Lynas was with the ramp of LAMP plant. In fact Lynas has problems even maintaining the original name plate never mind NEXT when looking at a 4 Q rolling average. At the END of Q2 The actual productions was 1292 T Well below Name plate of 1500 the rolling average was 1549 barely above name plate In fact MP is only 4 Qs into production of NdPrO and they are about even with what Lyas was in 2013
