    Both pure EVs and hybrids have electric drive motors and use a substantial amount of NdPr. Other contributions are relatively minor.
    The amount is broadly proportional to the motor's power rating.
    It was a bit difficult to source detailed data but the following source is consistent with AL's comment that EVs use about twice as much as hybrids.

    As hybrids are a substantial portion of the vehicle market, especially ex-China, they are likely a significant end-use for Lynas's NdPr.
