Hard to say China did and still are helping MP a lot. Mining in US is not popular. JMO it will be years before a single KT it taken out of the ground. Time wise that is years beyond what I use to make buy, hold, & sell decisions. Worth watching but not a consideration till I see facilities to separate dirt and REE on site, in either Norway or US. No numbers on purity but both are probably less than 10% REE. the "Dirt" needs to either concentrated like Mt weld does. Or run through C&L like KAL and MP do. Before it is reasonable to ship at all. I do not think there is any reasonable rail service from Norway to China. Shiping would be by Suez cannel. Weight and volume are big factors in shipping. JMO they would not want to ship concentrate would want to do C&L on site because of weight and volume. Then just do separation and purification in China.
