I must say I've had one eye on ARU as they appear to be one of the more advanced up and comers.
Seems crazy to me.
Build it and they'll come mentality. They've starting moving dirt and building things already without securing funding for the whole project.
This loan now saves their bacon.
But I'm not sure the sums add up. $1.6 billion dollars to build a mine and LAMP in the NT. They are targeting approx 4KT P.A NdPr name plate capacity production from what I could read.
Almost entirely debt funded. First production to start rolling out in 2026 assuming no delays and cost overruns.
No previous experience in running or commissioning a LAMP.
Ill be very curious to see where their cost of production lands.
Something tells me unless Nd Pr prices return to $120 USD a kg. It will all end in tears and become Australia's Molly Corp.
