Digressing a little , im a little lost of the climate change summits whether they are just wanting to reduce CO2 emissions from industry pronto, without being neutral where they can. It seems that there is an acceptance now that come or what may, some countries will flout the climate change emissions targets - so responsible countries take up the slack and install renewables where there is no emission and manufacturing, where emissions are impossible to prevent, run neutral. I dont fully comprehend the magnitude of CO2 emissions and with manufacturing in a modern world increasing - at what point can we become carbon neutral. Can CO2 produced in the wild kingdom balance with CO2, trees, being absorbed in the same wild kingdom and human consumption can achieve neutrality. Id suggest never. It seems about as realistic as perpetual motion. Thanks for the link.
