If they using Chinese REE its just a move to diminish independent REE supply outside of China. Remember China is about controlling REE. They saw all of this 20 years ago . End of story. .
As far as importing from China. They want a positive trade balance with EVERYONE. . .
Fair trade? . Screw us!
