Saudi Arabia and China sign multi-billion dollars agreement with the aim of relocating EV factories in the Kingdom.The massive agreement will make Saudi one of the global hubs in electrical vehicles manufacturing.This would allow China to bypass European taxes on Chinese electric car.The relationship between these two giants keep strengthening up to the point that Riyadh is now recruiting 175 Chinese language teachers to teach in secondary schools in the country. Another demand generator for NdPr in the world. Guess they will have price incentives for middle easterners to buy EV’s.
