Could anybody explain when, how and why this will help Lynas SP. JMO this will be years, if ever, before it impacts bottom line. I would realy like to be wrong so please explain.
When countries throw money around seldom does it go where people think it will. Especially in countries like Peru it just lines peoples pockets
