So what does this have to do with Lynas SP? As far as I can tell nothing You do know that PV stands for Privat Vehicle. So there is no info about EV's, PHEV's, Or HEV's. Yes one month is important but it may just be a blip neither you or I know. There Exports rose nicely in august as well. I doubt very much that the month of august represents a turn around for Chinese economy. Only time will tell.
