The CCP just this year claimed ownership based on national security concerns of all REE and REE tech in China, essentially entrenching their ability to direct an at-will export ban defensible to the WTO. They're playing with the ROW.

The Chinese Communist Party is NOT interested in balancing the market. Period. EOD.

Expect the ROW REE market to be under attacks directed by the CCP until such time ROW demand rises to insulate ROW such entities as Lynas, Neo, Shin, et al.
