As usual, Jack raises a few concerns. He is skeptical and critical, and this, I find refreshing and thought provoking. Previously he sounded quite sceptical of Lynas succeeding in setting up it's plants in Texas. He now seems to accept that Lynas will meet the DOD's needs for rare earths by the 2027 deadline. Also an interesting point on the importance of vertical intigration of the magnet supply chain.
