Every project since AL took over has been substantially late and over budget. Read her bio she has no project experience at all. We she lost her VP that was doing this she replaced him with the head of marketing and sales who also had no experience in this area. Please be specific what do you think AL adds.

KAL Was suppose to produce enough C&L to feed all of lamp and Texas, + do tolling for others. Now can only meet a portion of lamp. Original budget was between AUD200M ~ 250 M total was over 800M Original plan was to be complete late 23 early 24 it recently caused a full shut down at lamp because its output could not be used. Read pages 28& 29 of % year plan.
AL did a great job in saving this company from Bankruptcy and fixing some big mistakes by NC. As far as project management and control She cannot do it herself and does not know how to build a team that can do it. CEO's should not do it all themselves but it is critical they know how to build a team that can accomplish things. Thank you I agree. I have only had two milestones for me to buy Lynas again. Higher REE prices and output. I have to think about a third New management team. Including some of board and CEO. Hopefully with that they will create the teams needed below CEO.
