    The fact YA Global were prepared to be flexible tells us something, and whilst they have negotiated a deal they benefit from, in this environment MOST people would take what they were owed NOW and not wait , especially where RISK is involved.

    I think they know something we DONT in terms of JV with China, $$$ owing from Chile and/or 100% ownership in lieu.

    The fact $0.10 cents per share is mentioned as well is interesting.

    My opinion but seems to be soem truth in it.
