my view does follow oil price movement syd , my other view is Obama's stance on canadian tar sands will create greater demand for heavy oil in house (USA) rather than import it and feel free to correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is heavy oil is used to make bitumen which falls nicely into Obama's other so called ingenious idea of spending more on roading.
