lets use this as a basis:
lets say they secure a mine with 30 mil tonnes with of take at $50 usd per tonne. ie 1.5 bil in revenue. With the funding partner paying for the mine and offering NSL 10% finders fee on going.
so thats 1.5 bil *10% = 150 mil usd
lets assume 3xmultipple = 450 mil usd MC on 1 deal alone
hence 450usd/1 bil shares fully diluted = .45 usd per share
